The FJD AYM Yield Monitoring Solution brings auto steering together with yield and moisture measurement on the combine. With automatic straight-line driving, turning and speed control, operators are freed from constant manual corrections during harvest, reducing fatigue and mistakes and boosting efficiency.
AYM is a harvest solution that combines auto steering on the combine with yield and moisture measurement. RTK-assisted steering lets you use the full header width without leaving gaps, so the operator can focus on header and threshing settings rather than the wheel. Grain moisture is measured in real time during harvest (±0.5% accuracy in the 5–30% range), helping you make drying, storage and sales decisions in the field. The data is matched to position to build a yield map automatically. The map shows which parts of the field perform well and which lag, and is the basis for next season's variable-rate fertilising and seeding prescriptions. Data can be transferred to FieldFusion and compared over the years. An accurate yield map requires the yield measurement to be calibrated for the crop and machine; our team supports you in the field during calibration. We check compatibility with your combine before installation.
