Warranty Period & Process

  1. By using the website, you are deemed to have accepted the Membership and Usage Terms & Distance Sales Contract.
  2. As a BUYER, the sale and delivery of the product you purchase are subject to the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other prevailing laws.
  3. If there is a shipping/cargo fee for the product, the specified cargo fees will be paid by the BUYER.
  4. Each purchased product is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the BUYER, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 (thirty) days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the BUYER has the right to terminate the contract.
  5. The purchased product must be delivered with documents such as a warranty certificate and user manual, if required by relevant laws and regulations, and must comply with the specifications stated in the order.
  6. If unforeseeable force majeure events occur for the Seller and the product cannot be delivered on time or it is confirmed that it cannot be delivered, the situation will be notified to the BUYER within 3 (three) days. In this case, the BUYER has the right to request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed.
  7. If the BUYER cancels the order; if the payment was made via bank transfer or EFT, a refund will be made to them within 14 (fourteen) days from the cancellation.
  8. If the BUYER made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price will be refunded to the bank again within the same period of 14 (fourteen) days.
  9. If the BUYER does not pay for the purchased product price or cancels the card payment made through the bank channel, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product and all other obligations arising from the Distance Sales Contract automatically end.
  10. If it is determined that the credit card used by the BUYER for payment was unfairly used by unauthorized persons after the delivery of the product, and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the related bank or financial institution citing this situation, the BUYER must return the product to the SELLER within 3 (three) days at their own shipping cost.
  11. Before accepting delivery of the contracted goods/service, the BUYER has the right not to accept the delivery from the shipping company if the goods/service are damaged, such as dented, broken, packaging torn, etc. If accepted, it is assumed that the goods/service were received undamaged and intact. If there is damage, a damage report should be prepared with the shipping officer. It is agreed that returns of damaged products without a damage report will not be accepted.
  12. After delivery, the BUYER must carefully protect the received goods. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/service should not be used. Returning the product along with all copies of the invoice is mandatory. Faults/hidden defects that are not possible due to the BUYER’s fault from the first use are excluded.
  13. Within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to the BUYER or to the person/organization shown at the address, the BUYER can exercise their right to withdraw from the contract without any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, provided they notify the SELLER using the contact information below.
  14. Returns of products that have been opened, damaged, and lost their commercial quality will not be accepted.
    • You can return or exchange products purchased from our site within “14 Days” from the date of delivery.
    • The product requested for return or exchange must not have lost its commercial quality, its packaging must be intact, and all product contents including accessories must be complete.
    • The products you wish to return or exchange must be sent via our contracted shipping company “Yurtiçi Kargo” with all copies of the product invoice intact and on a “Cash on Delivery” basis. (Shipments made on a cash on delivery basis other than the contracted shipping company will not be accepted.)
    • Once the returned products reach our warehouse and are confirmed by our technical team to be fault-free, your refund will be processed within a maximum of “10 Business Days”.
    • In all cases where the shipped product is found to be faulty, return shipping costs (Outgoing & Incoming) will be covered by “Daze Agriculture”.
    • In all return cases where the product is not faulty, shipping costs (Outgoing & Incoming) will be deducted from the product price, and the related amount will be refunded to the customer’s account as “deducted shipping costs”.

Returns without an invoice will not be accepted. It is requested that your returns be sent along with the invoice.
