OWNER OF PERSONAL DATA’S EXPLICIT CONSENT FORM

In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, I accept, declare, and undertake that I consent to the processing of my personal data, sensitive personal data, and contact information; any kind of personal data identifying or making it possible to identify my identity and contact information provided by me verbally/in writing and/or electronically, by DAZE TARIM TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Daze Tarım), and to the sharing of this data with sponsor companies for commercial purposes as required by the relevant regulations, and to the processing of personal and contact data as detailed below within the scope defined in Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data.

Data that clearly belongs to a specific or identifiable natural person, processed partially or completely automatically or non-automatically as part of a data recording system, including phone number, address, email address, fax number, IP address.
Data that clearly belongs to a specific or identifiable natural person, processed partially or completely automatically or non-automatically as part of a data recording system, concerning any request or complaint directed to DAZE TARIM TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Daze Tarım).

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data, I accept, declare, and undertake that I consent in advance to the collection, recording, processing, and storage of my personal and contact information by DAZE TARIM TEKNOLOJİ SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (Daze Tarım) within the framework of the principles set forth by the law, and to the sharing of this information with sponsor companies and stakeholders for commercial purposes as determined by our board of directors. I CONSENT.
