Cancellation, Return, Exchange
- By using this website, you are deemed to have accepted the Membership and Usage Terms & Distant Sales Contract.
- As the BUYER, you are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distant Contracts (OG: 27.11.2014/29188) and other applicable laws regarding the sale and delivery of the product you purchased.
- If there are shipping/cargo costs for the product, the specified shipping fees will be paid by the BUYER.
- Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or institution at the address indicated by the BUYER within the legal period of 30 (Thirty) days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the BUYER has the right to terminate the contract.
- The purchased product must be delivered with all documents such as the warranty certificate and user manual, if any, as required by the relevant laws and regulations, and must be complete and comply with the specifications stated in the order.
- If unforeseeable circumstances arise and the product cannot be delivered on time or it becomes certain that it will not be delivered, the situation will be notified to the BUYER within 3 (Three) days. In this case, the BUYER has the right to cancel the order, request a replacement with a similar product, or postpone delivery until the impediment is removed.
- If the BUYER cancels the order; if the payment was made by bank transfer or EFT, a refund will be made to the BUYER within 14 (Fourteen) days from the date of cancellation.
- If the BUYER made the payment by credit card and cancels the order, the product price will be refunded to the bank within the same period of 14 (Fourteen) days from the date of cancellation,
- If the BUYER does not pay the product price or cancels the payment made through the bank, the Seller’s obligation to deliver the product and all other obligations arising from the Distant Sales Contract will automatically terminate.
- If it is determined that the credit card used by the BUYER for payment has been used fraudulently by unauthorized persons after the product delivery and the product price is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution for this reason, the BUYER must return the product subject to the contract to the SELLER within 3 (Three) days at their own expense.
- The BUYER has the right not to accept the delivery of damaged and defective goods/services by checking them before taking delivery from the cargo company. If the BUYER receives the goods/services, they are deemed to have accepted that the goods/services are undamaged and intact. If there is any damage, a damage assessment report must be made by the cargo officer. It is accepted that returns of damaged products without a damage assessment report will not be accepted.
- The BUYER is obliged to protect the received goods carefully after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services must not be used. The invoice of the product must be returned with all copies. Defects/hidden defects arising from the first use of the product and not attributable to the BUYER are excluded.
- The BUYER can use the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without any legal or penal responsibility and without providing any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the purchased product to the BUYER or the person/institution at the address indicated, by notifying the SELLER through the contact details below.
- The BUYER is deemed to have accepted that products whose packaging has been opened, damaged, and cannot be resold will not be accepted for return.
- You can return or exchange the products you have purchased through our website within “14 Days” from the delivery date.
- The product to be returned or exchanged must not have lost its commercial qualities, and its packaging, accessories, and all contents must be intact.
- Products to be returned or exchanged must be sent “Freight Collect” via our contracted cargo company “Yurtiçi Kargo” with all copies of the product invoice included. (Shipments made freight collect with carriers other than the contracted cargo company will not be accepted.)
- Once the products intended for return have reached our warehouse and have been inspected by our technical team confirming no defects, your refund will be processed within “10 Business Days” at the latest.
- In all cases where the product is defective, the return shipping costs (outgoing & incoming) will be covered by “Daze Tarım”.
- In all return cases where the product is not defective, the shipping costs (outgoing & incoming) will be deducted from the product amount and the relevant amount will be refunded to the customer’s account as “shipping costs deducted”.
Products That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
- Products whose original packaging has been opened, damaged, and lost their commercial qualities
- Products that have been installed.
- Products not sent with the invoice.
- Products whose protective materials and films have been removed.
- In product groups where returns and exchanges are not possible, you can return or request an exchange for the product without “accepting delivery” from the cargo. Accepting delivery of the relevant products completely removes the right of return and exchange.
Important Points to Consider in Product Exchanges and Returns
- The products must be packaged in a way that they will not be damaged during transportation, just as they were sent to you.
- No labels or tape should be attached to the original box or packaging of the product.
- Before sending the product you purchased, be sure to contact our “Support” team for information.

Products not sent with their invoice cannot be accepted for return. Please send your returns with their invoice.
