Precision Spraying with Section and Rate Control

The FJD ATS is a precision spraying system that switches your sprayer's sections on and off by position and adjusts the flow to tractor speed. It reduces overlaps and skipped strips and helps every part of the field receive the target rate.

In conventional spraying, headlands, field edges and turns get sprayed twice while some strips are missed. The ATS runs on the FJDynamics auto-steering platform: using its RTK position it keeps a map of the area already sprayed and automatically shuts off the sections that reach it. Rate control adjusts the flow as the tractor speeds up or slows down, keeping the amount applied per unit area constant. The overlap ratio can be set separately for each section, so application can be matched to the label rate and crop sensitivity. The result is savings in chemicals and water, less risk of crop damage from double spraying, a lighter workload for the operator, and results from a less experienced driver that match those of a seasoned one. Steering and Spraying in One System

Built on the FJDynamics auto-steering platform, the ATS manages spraying by position while the tractor follows the planned line on its own.
