DJI Agras T50 and T25: Features and Key Differences

We put the high-capacity T50 and the one-person-portable T25 side by side on capacity, batteries, spreading and typical use cases.
DJI brought the Agras T50 and Agras T25 to international markets in 2024. Both share the same software and safety platform but target different scales: the T50 for high capacity on large areas, the T25 for portability on small, scattered plots.
Agras T50: High Capacity for Large Areas
- Payload: 40 kg spraying or 50 kg spreading.
- Airframe: coaxial twin rotors with 54-inch propellers.
- Spraying: up to 16 L/min with two atomizers, up to 24 L/min with the optional four-atomizer kit, useful in dense orchards.
- Spreading: up to 108 kg/min.
- Battery: 30 Ah DB1560, rated for 1,500 cycles; about 9-minute charging with a suitable generator and cooling unit.
Agras T25: Portable and Agile
- Payload: 20 kg spraying or 25 kg spreading.
- Airframe: quad-rotor, folds to fit a small vehicle.
- Battery: DB800 smart battery with fast charging.
- Use: small enough for one person to carry and set up; ideal for small and mid-sized farms, terraces and scattered plots.
Shared Features
- Dual active phased array radars and stereo vision for omnidirectional obstacle sensing and terrain following.
- Four-antenna O3 transmission up to 2 km; DJI Relay improves range and stability in mountains.
- One-tap take-off and automatic route operations.
- DJI SmartFarm for records, fleet management and reporting. Flight data is stored on the device by default; uploading requires user consent.
Which Model for Whom?
Choose the T50 if you treat thousands of decares a year, offer contract spraying and spreading, or work large cereal, cotton, maize or rice fields.
Consider the T25 if your plots are small and scattered, you move between fields often, or you need an agile drone for orchards and terraces.
